The responsibilities of the Project Manager

Analysis of customer requests

The Project Manager will gather and analyze the needs of the business teams. He or she will then prioritize the issues and assess their costs. The Project Manager will then present his or her projects to the committees.

Management of preliminary studies

The Project Manager defines the scope of the project: budget, schedule, resources, etc., and sets up a team responsible for analyzing the technical feasibility of business requests, as well as their consistency with the overall IT architecture and urban planning.
Its objective is to map out each project and define the necessary schedule and resources.

Project management and implementation coordination

After defining the tasks for the various project stakeholders, the Project Manager will schedule meetings, select contacts (business specialists), monitor schedules and budgets, and ensure that the various project phases run smoothly.
